HOW WE WORK / OSPIRION

Before the camera
comes out.

The shoot is only one part of the job. The planning is what makes the day useful.

THE WHOLE PROCESS

01

We talk before I touch a camera.

A 45-minute planning call gives me the context I need. You bring the business knowledge. You do not need to bring content ideas.

We talk about what you do, who you serve, what people ask, and where the finished work needs to live.

02

I plan the shoot.

You shouldn’t have to hire a content person and then tell them what content to make.

I research the business, develop useful topics, build the shot list, and organize the day. There is no content homework waiting for you after the call.

03

You do not need to be good on camera.

Most of the people I film are professionals, not presenters. I use questions, prompts, and talking points instead of asking you to memorize a script.

We do retakes. I direct the conversation. You should sound like yourself.

04

We batch it.

One planned shoot. A library of content.

Depending on the scope, we can capture website photography, portraits, interviews, short-form video, services, products, your space, horizontal footage, vertical footage, social content, and hero footage in one production.

05

Photo and video happen together.

Your website, portraits, interviews, and social content should not look like unrelated projects made months apart.

Planning both formats together gives the business one coherent visual library.

06

I handle editing too.

You do not leave with an SD card and another project on your to-do list.

Everything is edited, graded, cleaned up, retouched where needed, formatted, and delivered ready for your website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, email, and landing pages.

07

You’re dealing with me.

There is no sales-to-account-manager-to-editor handoff. I plan, shoot, edit, and respond. When a production needs more crew, I bring in the right people and remain your point of contact.

GET IT DONE

Knowing you need content
usually isn’t the problem.

Getting it planned, filmed, edited, and off your list is. That is the part I handle.
