Make the business people find online match the one you’ve actually built.

Website, messaging, photography, video and launch—planned as one project instead of patched together over time.

One project.
Made to belong together.

The message shapes the pages. The photography and film are made for where they will live. The design and development bring them together.

See it in practice: Dec Merch’s custom Shopify store, photography and video were created as one project.

Your business grew.
The website didn’t.

Maybe the team changed. The services expanded. The work got better. New locations opened. The photographs are five years old, the messaging no longer sounds like the business, and every update has made the site a little more fragmented.

Complete Rebuild starts from the business as it exists today. Ospirion reviews what should stay, what should disappear and what needs to be created from scratch—then rebuilds the website and the material around it as one coherent project.

One rebuild.
One point of view.

Every project is scoped around the actual business. No template package filled with work you do not need.

  1. The structure and the message.

Website strategy, information architecture, messaging and page copy. Decide what should stay, what should disappear and what needs to be written from scratch.

  2. A website built around the business.

Custom design and development, a considered mobile experience and content migration. Services, people and locations organized so visitors can find what matters.

  3. Your actual people, place and work.

Team headshots and original practice or business photography. The shoot is planned around the pages and the people who will use them.

  4. Expertise people can hear directly.

Interviews and video production, from planning and direction through editing. Let the people who know the business explain it in their own words.

  5. A coordinated launch.

Forms, analytics and conversion tracking, migration redirects where needed, launch coordination and 90 days of post-launch support for the agreed scope.

You already have a first impression.

  1. Referrals still look you up.

The website should help someone recognize the business they’ve heard good things about and take the next step.

  2. Old information creates questions.

Does that person still work here? Is this service still available? Show the current team, the real spaces and a clear way to make contact.

  3. You can’t explain it to everyone.

The site has to communicate when you aren’t in the room. Clear writing and original material make the quality of the business easier to understand.

From what exists
to what comes next.

  1. Understand + define

    Set the direction.

Review the business, audience and existing material. Agree on the message, site structure, content needs, scope and price.

  2. Produce + build

    Create it together.

Write, photograph, film, design and develop around one plan. You review the direction and work at agreed points.

  3. Launch + support

    Bring it into public view.

Check the pages, mobile experience, forms, analytics and migration. Coordinate launch, then support the agreed work. Ongoing content can follow as the business changes.

The business has outgrown the website.

If the business has changed substantially but the website still looks like an earlier version of it, this is where to start.

For practices, professional firms and established owner-led businesses that need the whole presence considered together.

Complete Rebuild / Starting at$15,000

Final scope is determined after an initial conversation and review of the existing public presence.

A few useful answers.

Why invest in this if most of our business comes from referrals?

A referral can be the reason someone looks you up. Your website gives them a way to understand the business, meet the people and decide whether to get in touch. It should support the reputation you’ve already earned.

Do we have to replace everything?

No. Keep the photographs, copy, brand elements and structure that still work. The first step is to understand what represents the business accurately and what is holding it back.

How is this different from Practice Refresh?

Practice Refresh is a focused update to an existing practice website and selected content. Complete Rebuild is for a broader reset: rethinking the structure and message, creating original material, building the website and coordinating migration and launch as one project.

What is included at $15,000?

That is the starting point for a defined rebuild scope. Every proposal specifies the pages, writing, production, functionality, migration and support included. The list above shows what a project may include; it is not an unlimited package. More locations, extensive content and additional production change the price.

How long does it take?

The schedule is established after the scope is agreed. It depends on the existing site, production needs, technical requirements and review time. You’ll know the milestones and where your input is needed before work begins.

What happens after launch?

The project can include 90 days of post-launch support for the agreed work. The proposal defines that support; new pages, features and production are scoped separately. Ongoing Content is available when you want to keep the public presence current as the business changes.
